If you have 3-5 months of beginner dance training in Bachata and Salsa on1 styles, these courses are your ticket to confidently owning the social dance floor, expanding your dance vocabulary, and refining your skills.
Progressive Courses vs. Group Classes
For those of you already taking group classes, you may be asking “Why take a progressive course?”
Our progressive courses are focused on teaching students specific techniques and skills that instructors will build upon gradually, filling in all the little details that might not be covered in group classes. They’re designed to help dancers who are already taking group classes level up their skills and refine their technique through step-by-step instruction in a shorter period of time.
The best part? Small class sizes mean more space and personalized instruction. With just 15 leads and 15 follows in each class, you’ll have room to shine, ask questions, and receive individualized guidance from our experienced instructors.

Sensual Bachata Progressive Course with Alex y Brian
Hosted and held at Alpha Midway Dance Studio Dallas, our Sensual Bachata Progressive Course promises to ignite your passion for Bachata all over again. Led by instructors Alex y Brian, this 6-week program starts on September 9th and concludes on October 14th. During the course, classes will be held every Saturday from 1-3 pm, offering a convenient schedule for dancers with busy work weeks.

Alex and Brian have been dancing and instructing together for 2+ years and are currently certified Sensual Bachata instructors. They’ve been trained and continue learning under the creators of Bachata Sensual, Judith and Korke, and are excited to bring this Spanish style of Bachata to dancers in the DFW community.
Salsa On1 Progressive Course with Lyndsey
Also hosted and held at Alpha Midway Dance Studio in Dallas, our Salsa On1 Progressive Course is set to level up your salsero shines and social dancing. Led by experienced instructor Lyndsey, this 6-week program kicks off on September 11 and wraps up on October 16. The classes will take place every Monday from 7-9 pm, fitting seamlessly into your weekly dance training schedule.
